Deluxe mails out annual reminders to businesses who belong to the Perfect Partner Program to renew their memberships. One of the challenges was sending a content-heavy mailer reminding members of their benefits while engaging them to take action to renew. We needed something more engaging than a standard solution, like a postcard. I created a small lightweight package, with engaging content and copy. It included a small gift of mints (which is also a Deluxe product) that reminded members of the program, and as a way to say thank you. All businesses that received this mailing renewed their memberships.
