Safeguard is a reseller channel owned by Deluxe. It relies on selling via independent business owners who act as advisors to the end customer (think B2B2B), versus an e-commerce or other direct to customer models. For this channel, there are strategy constraints placed by our marketing partners, but lots of opportunities to play with visuals and messaging. We have an offer and product examples to show, but didn’t want to lead with that info, since similar concepts have been used in recent previous campaigns. To differentiate this offer campaign, we discuss different challenges coming out of the pandemic that affect the broad array of Safeguard’s end-customers. We decided to create a positive and fun campaign theme, revolving around classic carnival games, to grab attention of customers and Safeguard advisors alike. My role was creating the visual concept and designing all materials in this campaign.
